For example: inherent mods on collector staff: Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%) Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%) Can I over write dam15^50 with Energy 5^50 thank you for reading |

I've checked guildwiki and I can't seem to find a stave with free inscription slot, it's all 15^50 (ugh), are there any collector staves with free inscription slots?

There's a weapons crafter near Sunspear Sanctuary that makes equipment with empty slots. You'll just have to use some plats and materials for that service though.
